![]() ![]() ![]() That said, the cyclops is huge, cumbersome, and slow… and I love using it! I will take that, and my prawn, on even the smallest of expeditions… knowing that you can control the craft’s movements from the cameras is a total game changer. Hello Subnauts We’re writing to you today to let you know that we have made the difficult decision to close the Unknown Worlds forums. If your goal is to burn through the game quickly, you’ll still need the cyclops to complete the game, but don’t necessarily need to use it… every gameplay loop can be completed with the prawn (and fully upgraded depth module). Which is another source of janky 'Whats causing that sudden sound like metal just fell from the sky out of nowhwere-oh, its literally metal spawning in to fall from the sky out of nowhere' through the games development. ![]() If you like base building, it is almost necessary to build the cyclops, since it is the easiest way to transport massive amounts of various resources to the base you want to improve upon… I mean, combining the cyclops with a prawn and the drill arm, you can fill numerous lockers in no time… combine that with the ability to build lockers in your cyclops, and you have enough resources for anything whereas just going on expeditions with your prawn or sea moth provides very limited inventory space… and while building mini bases all over is doable, it is a little impractical (from a resource standpoint, and the limited inventories of the prawn and sea moth). You’re getting a lot of answers, and all of them are on the mark… for certain play styles… u/Nat_the_average, what is your play style so far? Description Vast industrial-use submarine.
